/ About the project

Designing an AI assistant across multiple use cases required more than just UI. It needed a clear identity, consistent behaviour, and a system that could scale.

I led the visual identity and brand language for AI PRIZM, establishing how the assistant looks, behaves, and adapts across use cases. From refining the logo and defining the colour and gradient system to building component variants and writing interaction guidelines, the result is a reusable framework that makes AI-generated content immediately recognisable across projects.

Deployed across both internal enterprise tools and defence C2/C3 systems.

The gradient merges light and dark mode primary colours into a single identity, maintaining a consistent brand presence.

Beyond visual identity, the guidelines define how the AI communicates uncertainty, labels its outputs, and earns operator trust . Written to work across both enterprise employee tools and defence C2/C3 systems.

The gradient serves as the core visual signal for AI-generated content, applied through background fills and outline treatments to maintain brand consistency across both light and dark environments.

Four interaction modalities defined for AI PRIZM. From lightweight quick prompts to full-page experiences, allowing teams to adopt the assistant at the right level of integration for their product context.

The Quick Chat component sits as a movable FAB, allowing operators to query the AI without leaving their primary workspace. Quick Prompts surface contextually relevant starting points for common tasks.
