/ About the project

Designing an AI assistant across multiple use cases required more than just UI. It needed a clear identity, consistent behaviour, and a system that could scale.

I led the visual identity and brand language for AI PRIZM, establishing how the assistant looks, behaves, and adapts across use cases. From refining the logo and defining the colour and gradient system to building component variants and writing interaction guidelines, the result is a reusable framework that makes AI-generated content immediately recognisable across projects.

Deployed across both internal enterprise tools and defence C2/C3 systems.

The cool blue gradient merges light and dark mode primary colours into a single identity, signalling intelligence and precision while helping users intuitively recognise AI-generated content.

Beyond visual identity, the guidelines define how the AI communicates uncertainty, labels its outputs, and earns operator trust . Written to work across both enterprise employee tools and defence C2/C3 systems.

The gradient is applied across surfaces through background fills and outline treatments, with defined variants and guidelines on when and how to use each. Ensuring consistent AI branding regardless of the host interface.

Guidelines defining how AI presence is communicated consistently and responsibly across surfaces, ensuring users always know when AI is involved through a shared visual language of icons, labels, and colour treatments applied only where they add meaning.

Four interaction modalities defined for AI PRIZM. From lightweight quick prompts to full-page experiences, allowing teams to adopt the assistant at the right level of integration for their product context.

A movable chat interface for quick, on-the-fly queries. Drag it anywhere in the workspace for contextual support, or expand into a full side panel when more is needed.
